Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. First time clients will be required to fill out a client intake form and should probably arrive fifteen minutes before the scheduled appointment.

 

Minors may receive massage services. Clients 14 years of age and under will need a parent/guardian’s written consent as well as having a parent/guardian present during the service. Clients 15 to 17 years of age will only need a parent/guardian’s written consent.

 

You may cancel your appointment without charge any time before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.

 

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment time, you could be required to reschedule. If rescheduling is required you will also be charged the Same Day Cancellation Fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
